I make a typical PB&J (maybe a bit less contents than normally) and fry it in a pan greased with margarine (rather than the messy task of buttering the bread itself). Sure, the peanut butter gets melty, though if you let it cool a bit before eating peanut butter burns can be kept to a minimum. Miss you, Nick.
